John J. Collins, Esq. John practices in the areas of plaintiffs' litigation, including personal injury, corporate representation, employment and commercial litigation. John is past president of the Vermont Trial Lawyers Association and is a member of the American Association of Trial Lawyers. John received his bachelor's degree in economics from Rutgers University. He graduated from Loyola Law School in Los Angeles, California, cum laude, in 1983. John has been practicing law in Vermont since 1983. He chaired the District IV Environmental Commission relating to Act 250 issues for five years. John has also volunteered for the American Heart Association, chairing the state board and serving as a member of the National Board of Directors for the American Heart Association. John is admitted to practice before the state courts of Vermont, New Jersey and California and before the United States District Court, State of Vermont. |
